'Scotty' McQuade is a boxer who has reached the end of his career after a lost boxing match. The result of that match had already been "arranged" in advance. He lands a job on a ranch whose boss becomes involved with a corrupt martial arts promoter. McQuade gets a chance to step into the ring one more time and restore his honor.
