"Eddie Battles Gold-Mad... Gun-Bad Outlaws!"
Outlaws Kyle, Bragg and Sneezer, led by Lash Taggert, raid Margie Rodgers' stagecoach. Eddie Dean and his loyal friend "Soapy" Jones repel the attack, but can't stop the Yucca County Sheriff from being injured. Eddie suggests making Soapy sheriff temporarily. Margie tells Eddie that her stagecoaches keep getting mugged when she's carrying gold loads. Margie's uncle Henry Rodgers suspects that a spy works at her stagecoach company. Eddie, who doesn't trust Henry Rodgers, goes incognito as an outlaw to expose the spy.
