Pride of the Plains plot
Hurley wants to start selling wild horses and would like to see the "Wild Game" law, which oversees the protection of wild animals, changed. To get enough signatures for his petition, he has his men paint a trained horse to resemble the leader of the wild horses. The horse then kills a man.
