Overland with Kit Carson plot
A band of outlaws known as the 'Black Raiders' is on the hunt for settlers and hunters as they head west. In this way they hope to enlarge their territory. Pegleg, the leader of the outlaws, uses the help of the local Indians to achieve his goal. The government says Scout Kit Carson and Lieutenant David Brent are investigating this matter. Both arrive at a camp near the village of Stewart and meet the attractive Carmelita and her adoptive father Don Jose Gonzalez, whose stock of weapons has recently been stolen.
