Over the Border plot
"JOHNNY MACK BROWN STOPS THE SILVER SMUGGLERS!"
Bart Calhoun, the nephew of Wells Fargo agent Rand Malloy, tricks his uncle into teaming up with Duke Winslow. Winslow and his men raid the stagecoach carrying $30,000. The robbery is foiled by Johnny Mack Brown, the chaperone of the stagecoach. Calhoun and Winslow report the botched robbery to their boss. The next night, Rand Malloy is murdered. Johnny Mack Brown has a lead that might break up the killer.
