Outlaw's Highway plot

Cattle mysteriously disappear from Carter and Matthew's ranches. Jack McKenzie and his dog Kazan are called in to investigate. Sheriff Hibbs thinks bandits are trying to evict the ranchers so they can use the smuggling route that runs between the two ranches. When Jack arrives and meets members of the involved ranches, Matthew's ranch is on fire and the owner is murdered.
