Gunslinger Case Britton is banned from a small town after being charged with murder. His accuser is Carl Avery, a cattle baron. He himself killed Case's brother but now accuses Case of murdering his sons. However, Case doesn't give up and returns to town, determined to expose Carl as the villain.
