The Cattlemen's Association convinces cowboy Roy Rogers to investigate some cattle thefts. Meanwhile, the cattle thefts continue. But then Roy finds a secret tunnel, which is used by the cattle thieves. Roy manages to catch one of them. The cattle thief tells Roy that the 'Hardy Ranch' is behind the cattle thefts. When Roy goes to the Hardy Ranch, he soon finds himself in a firefight.
