Lone Rider plot
Bobby Hattaway returns to his small Texas town after his military service and looks forward to settling there with his family for good. When he left there just before the Civil War, his parents and cousin had a thriving ranch and a thriving business. But in his absence, a childhood friend of his, Stu Croker, has taken over the town and wants to take over the ranch and the business. Bobby's father Robert has borrowed money from the childhood friend for the store, using the ranch as collateral. But Croker wants to see money right now, the whole amount, or he'll take his pledge.
