Lightning Strikes West plot

When bank robber Butch Taggart escapes from prison, Marshal Jim Correy sends government agent Lightning Ken Morgan to find Taggart and his stolen and hidden gold. Morgan finds the map with the location of the stolen gold on Taggart's body after killing him. Taggart's former henchman Joe Larkin and his band of outlaws are also after the gold and they overpower Morgan to get their hands on the map. Morgan's friend Tad Grant frees him and together they go after Larkin.
