"WHEN DAWN CAME UP LIKE GUNFIRE OVER DURANGO!"
Dan Tomlinson, aka Will Saber, was the head of a gang of outlaws. Dan plans to go straight, but is warned by new gang leader Dunsten. Dunsten gives him thirty days to think about it to return to the gang. En route to his hometown and his girlfriend Judy, Dan picks up 10-year-old Robbie, whose father has been murdered. Dan lands a job as a bank employee, but he's a suspect when the bank is robbed by Dunsten's gang and he's put up no resistance. Dunsten leaves behind evidence to make it look like Dan collaborated with him. Dan is wrongly accused and must find a way to clear his name and round up his former outlaw gang.
