"GUNNING FOR A PHANTOM"
Livestock farmers are terrorized by a well-organized gang of cattle thieves. The thieves sell the cattle to a mysterious masked man, better known as 'The Phantom Rider'. Government agent Mike Hoskins goes undercover and enlists the help of Spade Cooley when it becomes clear that the masked horseman turns out to be one of the guests at Cooley's ranch.
