The Conspirators plot
During the Second World War, Dutch resistance fighter Vincent van der Lyn is forced to flee to neutral Lisbon to avoid the Nazis. There Vincent encounters a small group of conspirators in hiding. Ricardo Quintanilla, the leader of this group, suspects that one of them is spying for the Nazis. Ricardo asks Vincent to help him find the traitor. The attractive Irene von Mohr, who is part of the conspirators, turns out to be married to an important German official. But does that make her a traitor? Ricardo finds himself in even more trouble when he is accused of murdering a befriended secret agent.
