The Border Wireless plot

"It's pretty hard luck on German spies when William S. Hart is around with his shooting iron and a determination to see that the United States gets a fair deal."

Cowboy Steve Ransom notices that German spies are active on the border with Mexico. They send their radio messages to Mexico and from there back to Germany. The spies learn that Steve is on the run from the law and they plan to use this information against him if he threatens to betray the spies. The Germans plan to kill General Pershing and Steve threatens to ruin their plan.
