De Bunker plot

The bunker is the story of Gerrit Kleinveld, a member of the resistance who was arrested in 1942 after a raid on an office for distribution coupons in Joure. Because Kleinveld is known as extremely dangerous, the SD locks him up in 'De Bunker', a heavily guarded cell complex in the Amersfoort concentration camp. Kleinveld decides to escape. While the battle of Stalingrad rages two thousand kilometers away with hundreds of thousands of soldiers and thousands of tanks, Gerrit Kleinveld is in his dark cell winning his war against Hitler with the help of a soup spoon, a pebble, some strips of cloth, soap and a cup of surrogate coffee.
