Katie Jones has it well together: she has a lovely husband, two nice children and earns her living as a plastic surgeon. One day she gets Liz as a patient, a woman she knows from back in the day. However, Liz is obsessed with her appearance and finds Katie the perfect woman. She wants to look just like Katie and will do anything to make it happen.
