Suspect plot

"Humanity or Total Destruction..."

After years of research, scientists have finished their greatest triumph; a bacillus that can eradicate epidemics. Authorities silence the scientists, claiming that in the wrong hands, this bacillus could be used in a chemical war. A conflict ensues between the scientists and the bureaucracy, which only intensifies when an embittered ex-serviceman forces one of the researchers to hand over the classified papers.
