Rome Express plot
A sinister person takes the Rome Express. He is on the trail of a valuable painting by Van Dyck, which was recently stolen from a gallery in Paris. To his chagrin, the train is populated with a motley crew of passengers, including adulterous lovers, a pompous millionaire, a comic golfer, a French police commissioner on vacation, an American movie star with her manager, and three bandits. That does not make it easy for him to find the painting he is desperately looking for...
