Payoff plot

Ex-cop McAllister is haunted by the memory that as a child he unknowingly brought the bomb that killed his parents. Years later, he learns the shocking truth about the background of this murder that appears to involve the mafia and vows to avenge the deaths of his parents. He discovers that Concion's ruthless mob family is hiding in a casino on Lake Tahoe. This is his only chance to pay his parents' killers.
