Number 10 Blues Goodbye Saigon plot

Saigon 1975, towards the end of the Vietnam War. Japanese businessman Sugimoto accidentally kills a Vietnamese. He loses his status and wealth in the country. To escape Vietnam, he decides to go north through the battle along a military route, along with his beloved Lanh and Taro, the half-blood son of a former Japanese soldier and a Vietnamese woman. Does the road lead to freedom or total catastrophe?
