1989. Marty Stillwater takes his daughter to the emergency room. She is seriously injured and hovers between life and death. Marty will do anything to save his child and act as a blood donor. But things go wrong in the lab and the blood samples are mixed up. Marty's sample is used in a secret cloning experiment. Based on the novel of the same name by Dean R. Koontz.
