Ichiko plot

Ichiko has been living with her boyfriend Hasegawa for three years. However, she disappears the next day after he asks her to marry him. Hasegawa is surprised and wonders where Ichiko is. Shortly afterwards, he is visited by Detective Shuji Goto, who is looking for her. It is the beginning of a search for answers: Hasegawa meets people who have had relationships with her and learns more about her shocking past.

Hasegawa [Ryûya Wakaba] has been living with Ichiko [Hana Sugisaki] for three years when he asks her to marry him. A week later, Ichiko disappears without a trace. During the search for his beloved, Hasegawa makes a shocking discovery about Ichiko's past. Intriguing mystery jumps back and forth through time from 1999 to 2016, slowly but surely revealing who Ichiko is and why she saw no other option but to leave Hasegawa behind. Told at a well-considered pace with excellent acting from Hugisaki, who keeps you gripped until the end as the enigmatic protagonist.
