Goster plot

A naked man falls from an upper floor of an apartment complex and dies. When the police enter the suspected crime scene - an empty apartment - one of the detectives is shot. Commissioner Goster suffers a heart attack on the spot. There is no trace of the perpetrator. The police are puzzled by the fired gun in an otherwise empty room and the commissioner who may have seen the perpetrator. However, his memories were wiped out by the heart attack.
