"Sometimes finding someone is worse than losing them"
It's been two years since the mysterious disappearance of Kathy's older sister Annie, but Kathy still feels haunted by the question of what happened. When the police close the investigation, Kathy decides to continue searching herself. She doesn't move forward until she steals some CCTV footage about her sister's last day. When she visits the place where her sister was last seen, she discovers that there is a portal to another reality where Annie is still alive. Kathy's loved ones question her story and her mental state and beg Kathy to stop looking.
