Escape plot

Matt Denant, a World War II pilot and hero, comes to the aid of a prostitute who is harassed by a police officer. It comes to a fight between Matt and the policeman, who accidentally falls and dies. Matt is soon arrested and given a three-year sentence. One night he manages to escape during the fog and flees to a woman (Dora Winton), who advises him to surrender. Dora promises to wait for him.
