When the neurotic Dr. When Jeff Wilkes moves to Los Angeles, he doesn't know what to expect. Unable to find a place to live, he shares an apartment with Aaron Presley, a half-wit who claims to be Elvis' reincarnation. In the beginning, Dr. Wilkes still laughs at that weird guy, but he soon gets entangled in a web of sex, drugs and blue suede shoes...
