Blackwood plot
Ben Marshall (Ed Stoppard) - a history professor - moves with his wife Rachel (Sophia Myles) and his 8-year-old son to a large country house in Blackwood. Ben, recovering from depression, hopes to build a new life here. However, he soon senses that something isn't right in the new house and has visions of a masked boy. He decides to launch an investigation that leads him to a mysterious disappearance of a war veteran (Russell Tovey), unaware that he is endangering his family.
