Susan Winter embarks on a perilous expedition into the Amazon rainforest, hoping to find her husband, who crashed there with his plane. Unfortunately, she too crashes with her plane, and along with her crew ends up in a remote valley inhabited by mutated monsters and a dangerous, mutated, one-eyed giant.
