Supêsu Porisu plot

Life is pretty dull for the gloomy teenager Koichi, who spends his time hanging out and making some money. However, it is all a matter of perspective. When one day Koichi meets a rather unusual person named Sergeant, his worldview is completely turned upside down. The Sergeant claims to be a cop from outer space on a mission to take down the cosmos' most nefarious villains. Based on his limited knowledge of things like traffic lights and video stores (he thinks they are actual news outlets), he could easily be labeled as out of this world. Maybe he's just a crazy bum. The Sergeant warns of the Andromeda Burger fast food chain and their evil plans for humanity, and there's evidence he's not just spouting nonsense...
