"Nowhere to hide, not even in your head."
Scanner Cop Samuel Staziak, meanwhile, has been promoted and is on the hunt for Volkin, an unhinged Scanner who puts Los Angeles up for auction. Strangely enough, the fugitive Volkin grows stronger as he steals the powers of the weaker Scanners.
