Quarantine plot

In a futuristic society ravaged by the plague, a fascist movement seizes power. The movement is not only quarantining every victim of bullying, but also everyone related to them. Rebels attempt to assassinate the movement's reactionary leader, only to encounter a computer programmer working to eradicate the plague.
