Millennium Man plot

Jake Adaman (Andrew Jackson) is a robotic creature commissioned by the CIA to wage an ultimate war. Unfortunately, the scientists have chosen to put the brains of a sexually disturbed serial killer inside the robot, so that they soon lose control of him.
