Professor Saknussemm falls into a bottomless pit during his quest for Atlantis. His daughter Wanda goes looking for him. She falls into the same pit and ends up in a subterranean world where no one believes in the upper world. Only the secret police know about the existence of the overworld and think that Wanda and her father are spies.
