A Foundling plot

Virginia, a young Chinese woman in the old Wild West, rescues her sister Mattie from an Arizona brothel. On their journey to San Bernardino, they discover a strange wreckage of a vehicle that appears to have come from another world. Mattie finds a mysterious baby in the wreckage.
