"Screaming adventure with fighters of America's "Suicide Fleet!""
The first World War. A tugboat captain hates an old friend. When he becomes an officer in the Navy, the two meet again. However, an argument immediately ensues. When German submarines threaten innocent sailors, the two decide to bury the hatchet and work together.
