The Firefly plot

"Jeanette MacDonald Is The Luminous Singing Spy!"

During the Napoleonic Wars, the beautiful and seductive singer Nina Maria Azara is a spy for Spain. Her secret mission is to seduce French officers to discover Emperor Napoleon's intentions towards Spain. During a performance in a Spanish club, Nina met Don Diego. Little Nina knows that Don Diego is actually Captain André, who has been sent to Spain to spy on her. Nina is sent to Bayonne in France to collect military secrets. During her journey through France, Nina discovers Diego's true identity after falling in love with him. Nina manages to escape Don Diego and go into hiding in Spain. During the invasion of Spain, Nina is captured by the French.
