Texas Tornado plot

Texas Ranger Tex Robbins manages to trap Wolf Cassidy, a mobster from Chicago. Wolf was just about to head west. Tex uses Wolf's credentials as an introduction to infiltrate a gang of cattle thieves. This is how Tex finds out about their way of operating and he is almost ready to roll up the gang. Then the real Wolf Cassidy manages to escape and is about to reveal Tex's true identity.
