Sissignora plot

Cristina is a girl with a heart of gold. She is single and works as a maid in the house of two old ladies. Their young cousin, a sailor, returns from a long voyage and falls in love with Cristina, who is also attracted to him. But her nosy employers tell the young man that she is no good and urge him to put her out of his mind.
