Phoenix Blue is one of the best selling artists in the world. Everyone knows his music, but no one knows who he is. He never gave a live performance and no one has ever been able to capture him on photo or video. Many journalists have been chasing the scoop that reveals the singer's true identity for years. Rachek Delaney, a freelance journalist, is also on the hunt for the Phoenix Blue. A seemingly vague clue takes her to the Caribbean, where competitions for Free-Divers are held.
