Der Ranger plot

Jonas (Daniel Morgenroth) returns from Canada to his homeland and becomes a forest ranger in the Black Forest. His father Walter (Heinz Trixner) would have liked to see him as the successor in the porcelain factory, but Jonas is happier surrounded by nature. He comes into conflict with businessman Hannes (Günter Clemens), who has big plans for the forest for tourism. And Jonas falls madly in love with his daughter Sabrina (Sonsee Neu).
