Ashima plot

Ashima is a brave and beautiful girl from the Sani people. One day she hears the beautiful sound of a shepherd's flute and answers with a song. The shepherd turns out to be Ahei and after a while the two begin to have feelings for each other. Azhi, the son of a rich man, is also in love with Ashima, but she refuses to marry him. He decides to kidnap her and imprison her in his father's palace until she says yes. Ahei tries to get her out.
