Possession plot

Businessman Ray Burns finally realizes his lifelong ambition to live in a beautiful house in the countryside with his wife Penny. Strange happenings soon give the couple the feeling that the house is haunted. When the body of a previous resident is subsequently found in the basement, they also bring in a medium to investigate. Penny is convinced that the ghost of the male resident also haunts the house and that it wants to take over her husband's ghost.
