Midnight Phantom plot
"AN UNSEEN HAND SPREADING TERROR"
Police Chief James Sullivan (Jim Farley) has made quite a few enemies within his own team with his robust approach and if that weren't enough, his daughter Diana (Claudia Dell) is about to get engaged to Police Inspector Dan Burke (Lloyd Hughes). ). But when it becomes known that he has a brother who has become involved in crime, Sullivan wants to put a stop to this. His good friend David Graham (Reginald Denny), a professor of criminology, seems to be the savior in all, but when Sullivan suddenly dies during a lecture from the professor and murder appears to be involved, there are plenty of candidates in the room who qualify as a possible perpetrator.
