Dancing Man plot
After his falsely accused father commits suicide, the educated but impoverished Paul Drexel earns his living entertaining older, wealthy women and teaching them dance. One day, Paul meets his childhood sweetheart Diana Trevor. Still attracted to each other, Paul agrees to visit her home. When Diana goes home that day, she finds her father JC Trevor excited. He has received an anonymous letter stating that her stepmother Tamara Trevor had an affair with a gigolo. Diana is unaware that Paul has been this gigolo.
