Wintertide plot

Beth is a volunteer security guard in a remote town dealing with a plague that turns the few remaining residents into empty, zombie-like creatures. She discovers that by entering an alternate dimension through her own dreams, she can ward off the disease during the long, possibly endless winter. But will her strength be enough to keep her alive?
