Tutsak plot

In a psychiatric hospital, the doctors subject their patients to a mysterious treatment. Only some of the staff are aware of it and the treatment is kept hidden from the outside world. Serkan is a doctor who gets a job at the hospital. He starts to suspect that something is wrong. Can he save the day?
