The Shadows plot

"Will you be ready when they come?"

After a near-fatal collision with a barrel, a group of friends traveling by boat seek refuge in a remote lighthouse on an island. The night draws near and the friends prepare for it. However, they hear strange noises and see mysterious "shadows" watching them. Conflicts arise within the group, various secrets are revealed and this does not improve their friendship. Then a frantic woman storms into the lighthouse and warns the group that a band of pirates is approaching. But they find that on the island it is very difficult to distinguish real things from things that are not there at all...
