Ayden, a terminally ill patient, awakens in a dark dilapidated room. An intravenous injection pumps an unknown fluid into his veins, and around his head is a crown of threads. His last memories lead him back to the hospital where the doctors have just diagnosed his illness. He didn't even have time to notify those closest to him of his impending agony. Someone is hiding behind the walls and Ayden soon discovers that a psychopathic killer is holding him to perform strange, lewd, medical experiments on him. But when he comes face to face with this man, it turns out there's more going on. What starts out as a sadistic medical experiment soon evolves into a struggle for Ayden to try to survive long enough, both from his assailant and his illness, if only to say goodbye to his family.
