Murdered local mobster Harvey Bogardus returns to Earth and takes over the body of kind scientist Dr. Paul Renwick. Uninformed journalist Matt Fraser investigates a number of high profile murders. Fraser finds out that the method is strikingly similar to that of the notorious mobster Harvey Bogardus. But wasn't Bogardus killed in a firefight?
