The Hunt plot

"A great number of hunters - a great number of deer. Statistically something was bound to go wrong."

On a cold fall month, Jack Hamberg, his eight-year-old stepson and cameraman Atticus Monroe go into the woods to shoot an educational video about hunting. But their foray takes a different turn when they drive into a deserted area. They are taken by surprise when they come across the remains of a bizarre relic and soon realize that they are being pursued by someone or something not of this earth.
